1 Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

Why an NDA? The businesses we represent involve sensitive financial, operational, and regulatory information. To protect our sellers — and your confidentiality as a buyer — we require all registered buyers to execute a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving any detailed listing information.

The NDA is mutual — it protects both parties. Standard 5-year term, does not obligate you to complete any transaction. Harvest Acquisition will countersign and email a copy to both parties.
